Erica Hardcastle
Founder
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I've cultivated a deep passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building long-term business partnerships. My journey began in hotel banquets, where I gained hands on operational knowledge and developed a strong work ethic rooted in service and teamwork.
I transitioned into the events world at an upscale boutique hotel in New York City, where I quickly advanced to Event Coordinator. In this role, I successfully managed a wide range of high profile events, from corporate functions to luxury social gatherings. My ability to connect with clients, anticipate needs, and execute flawlessly helped increase repeat business and elevate the hotel's reputation within a competitive market.
From there, I stepped into the role of Director of Sales for a Marriott property located on a university campus. During my time there, I restructured the sales approach to better target both group and transient business, resulting in a significant increase in year-over-year revenue. I also spearheaded community partnerships and university engagement strategies that led to long-term booking agreements and increased brand visibility.
After moving to Tampa to be closer to my family, I served as the Business Travel Sales Manager for a Tapestry Collection by Hilton. I was instrumental in identifying and securing key corporate accounts, optimizing rate strategies, and increasing weekday occupancy. By focusing on cultivating strong client relationships and understanding the unique needs of business travelers, I helped with consistent growth in the corporate segment.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for strategic thinking, team collaboration, and hands on leadership style. My diverse experience across boutique, branded, and university affiliated hotels allows me to bring a well-rounded prospective to every challenge and opportunity.
